Mr. CHEN Shourong, was graduated
from hydraulic structure department of Gezhouba
Institute of water power in 1984. In 2001 he obtained
the master degree on hydrology and water resources
from Hohai University.
Mr. Chen has been mainly engaged in hydrological
measurement, processing of hydrological data and
management of river plotting and mapping method.
Mr. Chen is responsible for promoting new technology
and approaches in related to hydrological and morphological
survey. He takes part in the preparation and examination
of technical specifications on hydrological national
standards and data processing.
